Today after getting materials from my MT office I went to AMS to help with the online writing assessment as I had received calls from AMS, VHS, & MBHS that they were having problems getting their passwords of the day. I talked with Leonard & Bob, and they got AMS up and running. I also met with Jeanie while there, as she was there form math support.
Next I traveled to VHS to do teacher support and get some paperwork done.
Today was the county ISE day, and I started the day at AMS to work with their initiatives.
Mid day I traveled to NMS to do a session on Acuity, and we got the staff up running with this tool for formative assessment.
At days end I traveld to FHS to do a session on Acuity to help get their staff get up and running.
Today was our monthly County Improvement Meeting at the Central office, and we discussed a variety of topics on school progress at MHES, AMS, & AES.
Today I started at AMS to do teacher support. I met with the leadership team and reviewed what we would be doing as we wind up the days leading into our next benchmarks. I discussed the upcoming ISE day with the team and Mark. The schedule is now set for it.
During the afternoon I did a Learning Focused AWARENESS training from 12:00 to 3:00.
Today I went to NMS to deliver some data form their last benchmarks. I was asked to go over this with their teachers on the next ISE day, and I will see about scheduling this.
Next I stopped by AMS, where I met with some teachers about the upcoming PLCs/ ISE.
I traveled to VHS next, and I met with Read 180 teachers and others on a variety fo issues.
Today Mike Hoh from Scholastic was here in the county to work with READ 180 with Katie and I.
We visited Read 180 classrooms at OHHS & VHS, and Mike showed us how to do the data reports.

Today I started at FHS to do teacher support.
NExt I traveled to VHS to work with teachers and try to get some paperwork done. I need to write up my recent observation visits and to work on the matrix. My trip to Bridgeport has sidetracked my progress there.
Today I started at AMS, as the Apangea trainer was there to train the staff and I wanted to be able to do it as well. This is a good math remediation program, and can be used as a teaching toll for new information as well.
Next I traveled to MBHS to do teacher support and to work with the admin on several points. I visited classes and conferenced afterwards.
Today I started out by stopping at FHS to help MR. E with WVWrties….we got his up and running and then helped Ms S wiht READ 180. There are issues there and I next traveled to NMS to help find and answer. Before leaving I met with the admin on teacher support.
Next I traveled to NMS to meet with the READ 180 teacher, and while there the admin asked to speak with me on Acuity issues.
My next trip was to AMS to drop off some info from yesterday’s Bridgeport session on LRA-SS.
In the afternoon I traveled to VHS to do teacher support and get some paperwork done.
