Today was our all-day PLC at AMS. I got my reports on the last benchmark form my office and we spent the day working on PLCs.
Today I started by visiting a teacher for support at FHS, and then discussing progress and data with the admin.
Next I was at the central office to for a meeting for an individual I will be providing support for.
After this I skipped lunch and traveled to MT to my office to get reports down for AMS, as we are doing an all day PLC tomorrow.
I dropped off things at AMS and then finished things at my MT office.

I started early at AMS, as we had a School Improvement Team Meeting before school. We planned for our upcoming day-long PLC this Wednesday.
Next I traveled to VHS to work on benchmark data and to work with teachers needing support. This was the data day for PLCs at VHS, so several had questions for Tina nd me as they ran data.

Today after stopping at my MT office to get reports I stopped by AMS to meet with the admin and leadership team on the things we did at the WVDE school improvement meeting in Charleston.
I next went to VHS to work with the admin on getting together school improvement data and reports
I also met with PLCs and worked on updating BM charts.
Today was the monthly School Improvement Specialist meeting in Charleston.
We worked through Acuity probes, TestMate Clarity, materials for Bridgeport in February, and overall progress.
Today after stopping by my MT office I travels to AES to do IPI all day.
Today I started at the BOE to attend a presentation by WVDE Lynn Baker on NUMBER TALKS. Nancy Cline, our WVDE contact, had set this up for our three impaired schools, AMS, AES, & MHES.
At lunch I ran to AMS and AES to pick up TestMate Clarity discs so Jason could install them on computers for the WVDE School Improvement meeting in Charleston.
I returned to the NT meeting.

Next I traveled to MTHS to get supplies and then on to AMS to deliver the data reports.
I next traveled to VHS to help Judy do IPI data reports to PLCs.
